Requirements

  • Previous restaurant management experience (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A natural leader who knows how to motivate and energize a team
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
  • Dependable, organized, and ready to jump into any role as needed
  • A people-first mindset with a passion for coaching and development
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Business: Lead all aspects of restaurant operations — from opening to closing — ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable shifts.
  • Build & Inspire a Rockstar Team: Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver quality service with energy and pride. Foster a positive, high-performance culture where people want to work.
  • Manage the Numbers: Oversee labor, inventory, food cost, and operational budgets. Analyze reports, hit targets, and help the restaurant thrive.
  • Own the Schedule: Create staffing plans that align with peak times and labor goals while keeping your crew happy and engaged.
  • Deliver Guest Satisfaction: Set the tone for hospitality. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and turn first-timers into regulars.
  • Keep It Clean & Compliant: Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
