The Artisan Cafe in Fountain Valley is their brunch concept, serving 7 Leaves drinks and food items like the Breakfast Burrito and Mochiko Chicken Sandwich. This unique location seeks an industry leader to support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. The role involves managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. The General Manager will lead the team in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects brand values while driving revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for brunch culture, and a commitment to excellence in serving customers.

Responsibilities
