About The Position

This role is for a General Manager responsible for opening a new restaurant. The responsibilities include hiring and training the founding team, setting the standard for the community, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role emphasizes genuine Southern hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and financial management. The General Manager will drive sales growth, manage costs, and leverage the catering team. This is a hands-on, high-energy position requiring presence on the floor and in the kitchen.

Requirements

3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant general manager level experience.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen with a focus on year-over-year growth, cost management, and guest metrics.
Clear, candid communicator with guests, team members, and leadership.
High school diploma or GED required.
