About The Position

This role is for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who will be instrumental in opening a new restaurant. The AGM will be responsible for hiring and training the founding team, setting the restaurant's standards, and ensuring flawless execution of every shift. Requirements

5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
Hungry to grow into a General Manager seat and willing to earn it

Organized, candid, and calm under pressure

High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Partner with the GM to ensure flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member.
Provide direction, coaching, and development on food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation.
Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls.
Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives.
Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people.
Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan.
Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales.
Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door.
