About The Position
The General Manager role is described as similar to the Assistant Manager position. The listed duties include operating equipment; stocking ingredients; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone and walk-up customer orders; continuously cleaning equipment and the facility; delivering products by car to customers’ doors; and overseeing product accuracy, inventory, labor, employee productivity, cash handling, employee coaching and training, and store cleanliness and professional operations. - Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Oversee labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle cash and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
- Coach and train employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
