About The Position
The Assistant Manager operates store equipment, stocks and prepares ingredients and products, and handles customer orders received by telephone and in person. The role delivers products to customers by car and to their doors, maintains food and product accuracy and inventory accountability, and oversees labor accountability and employee productivity. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for cash-handling accuracy, coaching and training employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean, professionally run store. Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
- Deliver products by car to customers' doors.
- Maintain food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Maintain labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle cash and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
- Coach and train employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
