About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment; stocks ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; and prepares products. The role receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, and completes related paperwork. It also involves cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily.

The position includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. The employee must navigate the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products. Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
