About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. The stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm, which allows for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. During busy periods, the GM will assist in all positions, manage breaks, and focus on customer satisfaction. Administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and inventory are typically handled before opening or after closing. The role includes a comprehensive 5-week training program.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator.
Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
