Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & P&L Ownership Own and manage full profit and loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth, margins, and cost controlDevelop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company strategyDrive accountability across the organization to meet and exceed financial and operational targets Sales Leadership & Market Growth Lead and develop outside and inside sales teams, establishing clear goals, KPIs, and accountabilityBuild and execute sales strategies to expand market share, penetrate key accounts, and grow revenueMaintain direct involvement with key customers and strategic opportunitiesFoster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to enhance market position Operations, Distribution & Continuous Improvement Oversee warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfactionAlign operations with sales demand to ensure seamless execution and service deliveryDrive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools (CRM, pricing, inventory management)Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policiesPartner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and scalability Customer Experience & Industry Leadership Ensure delivery of best-in-class customer service, technical support, and application expertiseAct as a visible leader in the market, representing Accuflow Systems with customers and suppliersTravel as needed to support customer relationships, supplier partnerships, and business development initiatives Team Leadership & Development Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team environmentRecruit, coach, and develop talent across sales and operationsSet clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvementPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and winning together Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field7–10+ years of leadership experience, including sales management and operational oversightProven success managing full P&L responsibilityStrong background in industrial distribution, fluid handling, or biopharma markets (highly preferred)Demonstrated ability to lead both commercial and operational teamsTrack record of building high-performing teams and growing market shareExperience in both transactional sales and solution-based selling environmentsStrong financial acumen, communication, and decision-making skillsProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Travel Travel required to support customers, suppliers, and growth initiatives (~25–50%)Must hold a valid driver’s license What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of revenue and profit targetsA highly engaged, accountable, and high-performing teamStrong customer retention and growth in key accountsOperational excellence across sales and distribution
