About The Position

Luke’s Lobster is hiring a General Manager to lead a year-round, high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Boston’s Back Bay. The General Manager is the day-to-day operator of one of the company’s largest and busiest locations, overseeing a fast-paced operation serving weekday lunch crowds, weekend guests, tourists, and regulars. The role works alongside New England leadership and other Boston locations and is responsible for the shack’s results, team development, operational standards, and guest experience.

Requirements

Demonstrated enjoyment of leading people and serving guests.
Positive attitude, curiosity, and commitment to continuous growth.
Passion for high-quality seafood.
Strong communication skills.
Strong financial acumen or eagerness to learn financial concepts such as P&Ls and COGS.
Ability to handle or be exposed to shellfish.
Required food handler certification.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
