About The Position

Team Honey Badger is hiring a General Manager to lead a Domino’s store and develop its team. The General Manager is responsible for store success, daily operations, employee coaching, and ensuring customers receive quality products and service. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Base salary is based on store sales volume, with a bonus structure.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
