About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. The role requires setting a strong example and consistently following company policies and procedures while holding the crew to the same standards. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.

• One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and activities.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
