About The Position

Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations. The role is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The General Manager sets an example for the crew and follows all company policies and procedures, while expecting the same from team members. Duties also include creating schedules, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may earn a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals. Compensation is salary plus bonus.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work weekend nights.
• Have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• At least one year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
