About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the success of the store and the development of its team. This hands-on leadership role involves leading daily operations, coaching employees, and ensuring customers receive quality food and service. The role is in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Base salary depends on store sales volume, with an additional bonus.
