About The Position
PURALIMA Cantina™ is seeking a super talented General Manager to add to our team! At PURALIMA Cantina, we’ve chosen to create connection and beauty through great food. Position Overview: As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week

Responsibilities
- In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for PURALIMA, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
- Live and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and out
