About The Position
The General Manager operates all equipment; stocks ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepares products; receives and processes telephone orders; takes inventory and completes associated paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also involves delivering products and promotional materials, including flyers and door hangers, to customers and locations within the designated delivery area. The position requires accurate and quick basic arithmetic, including making correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders; precise, rapid motor coordination; and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. The General Manager must comprehend and give written instructions, communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, read maps and locate addresses, and navigate varied terrain such as multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products. Starting compensation is $52,000–$70,000, plus applicable bonus.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
