About The Position
The General Manager operates equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes related paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. The position requires accurate basic arithmetic and monetary change-making, order-taking and communication skills, coordination and precision when making movements, keyboard or touchscreen order entry, and the ability to read maps and navigate delivery locations and challenging terrain while carrying products.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
- Ability to deliver products by car.
Responsibilities

- Read and follow written instructions and provide correct written instructions.
