About The Position

Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, staffing, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The role includes setting an example for the crew and managing schedules, product orders, training, and hiring. Compensation is salary plus a bonus; General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on keeping costs within goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.
• Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
