About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza, Inc., a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). CSRs work in the kitchen taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Training is provided in pizza-making techniques. The position is suitable as an entry-level or second job, including for students seeking flexible scheduling or extra hours.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Be available to work until 10 or 11 p.m.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be punctual, have a positive attitude, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
- Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Clean equipment and the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
