About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, welcoming customers and providing hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience. The role includes sales, food preparation, customer service, checkout transactions, and maintaining store supplies and cleanliness. Team members prepare food and beverages to customer specifications while working safely, quickly, and courteously. The position offers opportunities to build skills across multiple areas of the store and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
