  • Operations – manage productivity, quality, and food safety
  • Financial Management – Oversee sales growth, labor, cost of goods, controllable expenses, and overall profitability of the store
  • Customer Relations – ensure exceptional experiences and build lasting customer relationships
  • Community Ambassador – foster a strong presence in the local community and build positive public relations
