About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the success of a Domino’s store and the development of its team. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, coaches employees, and ensures customers receive quality products and service. The General Manager works in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Base salary depends on store sales volume, with an additional bonus.

• Flexibility to work weekends and opening and closing shifts.
