About The Position
Team Honey Badger is hiring a motivated Team Lead to help run shifts at a local Domino’s. The Team Lead is the go-to person during a shift, helping the store run smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role offers leadership development and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. The position includes running and managing shifts, leading team members, assisting with pizza and food preparation, handling cash and basic store operations, and supporting daily store goals and standards. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.

- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
