About The Position

Step into the role of General Manager at Hilton Charlotte Airport, where you’ll lead a 275-room, full-service Hilton with approximately 17,000 square feet of meeting space in one of the country’s fastest-growing and most livable cities. You’ll have the runway to shape strategy, guest experience, and team culture for a high-volume airport property that serves business travelers, conferences, and events at the heart of the Queen City. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a General Manager, or 2+ years as General Manager over 2 or more hotels.
  • Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards, initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.
  • Extensive rooms and/or F&B experience to manage all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Willingness to relocate to embrace new opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Lead associates to meet Atrium’s service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.
  • Utilize brand tools creatively to meet current and future guest expectations.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems.
  • Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
  • Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium’s core values.
