About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves hands-on support during peak hours, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory are managed efficiently before opening and after closing. Comprehensive training is provided, including 5 weeks of dedicated instruction.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator capable of motivating and inspiring the team.
Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
