About The Position

Noah's New York Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2 PM daily, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves supporting the team during rushes, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory, and deposit preparation are integrated into the daily schedule, typically before opening or after closing.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
