About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the job and manages a team of 15 or more. The role includes making quality products, ensuring the team meets Team Next Level and Domino’s standards, and helping develop a strong team. The work schedule is set on either an opening shift from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. or a closing shift from 4 p.m. until close. Starting pay is $850 after 16 weeks of training, with a quarterly bonus and a yearly performance review that may result in a pay increase up to $1,100.
