About The Position

Washington Property Company (WPC) is an award-winning, full-service commercial and residential real estate firm located in Bethesda, Maryland. They are seeking a General Manager to lead operations at two of their Bethesda residential communities. This role involves overseeing operations for over 320 units, including residential and retail spaces, and is responsible for the financial performance, staff leadership, and ensuring operations meet company standards for safety, customer service, and efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property management.
Experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 300 units total or multiple assets.
Strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.
Strong leadership and change management skills.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Strong organizational skills.
