We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead operations at two of our Bethesda residential communities.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential property management.
Experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 300 units total or multiple assets.
Strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.
Strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Leadership style creates an employee environment of accountability, engagement, and empowerment.
Strong financial management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee two residential communities totaling 320+ units, including residential and retail spaces.
Responsible for the financial performance of the assets.
Leadership, mentoring, and development of staff.
Ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high quality customer service, and efficient operations.
