About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The manager must set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same. Duties also include operating equipment, preparing products, processing orders, managing staffing and schedules, training staff, and maintaining the facility and customer-service standards.
