About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for every facet of store operations. This salaried position is intended for candidates who have advanced through the Company in a CSR, Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager role, or who have prior industry experience and are willing to work with the Company until a position becomes available. The role offers the potential to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on store operating results. It is the store’s most demanding position and requires availability across lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. General Managers typically work five or six days a week, including weekend day and/or evening shifts. The position may lead to franchise ownership for the right candidate.
Requirements
