About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls; profitability; and customer relations. The General Manager sets an example for the crew, follows company policies and procedures, and expects the same from team members. The role includes staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, store cleanliness, and local store marketing. The General Manager must work well with team members and other store management. The position is full-time and includes day and evening shifts, with on-the-job paid training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ample supervisory or management experience within the restaurant or food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and take responsibility for what happens at the store.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew and follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the crew does the same.
• Handle staffing and paperwork.
• Manage food operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and carry out local store marketing.
• Work effectively with team members and other store management.
