About The Position
The General Manager oversees restaurant operations, manages and develops store employees, and ensures operational, health, and safety standards are met. The role includes recruiting, training, and managing employees; controlling inventory, food costs, and labor costs; meeting performance goals; completing paperwork; and providing excellent customer service and service recovery. The General Manager is expected to maintain a fun, professional work environment and may have opportunities for growth, including a potential path to becoming a franchisee. The position offers an $800 weekly base salary and a monthly bonus based on sales, service, profitability, and standards compliance. Previous successful restaurant management experience may be considered for an increased base salary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
