About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The role sets an example by following all policies and procedures and expects the crew to do the same. Duties also include equipment operation, food preparation and management, order processing, facility cleanliness, training, scheduling, staffing, paperwork, and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process phone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Conduct daily training and orientation.
• Create schedules and manage staffing.
• Manage food operations and maintain a perfect image.
• Provide great customer service.
