Requirements

Full-service restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee restaurant operations as a General Manager.
Train and develop employees.
Ensure high standards of guest service.
Potentially develop into an Area Manager role.
Complete a 16-week training program.
Gain hands-on experience as an Assistant General Manager.
Master the General Manager role.
Work to better those around them and help employees be the best they can be.
Provide clear expectations, feedback, and goals to their team.

Benefits

Base salary of $75,000-$80,000 for General Managers.
Short-term monthly bonus and annual long-term bonus opportunity ($35,000-$150,000 per year).
