Responsibilities

Manage restaurant operations.
Lead and develop a team of employees.
Ensure adherence to company culture, expectations, and the 'Pluckers Way'.
Provide ongoing leadership development to the team.
Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and establish goals for team members.
Get hands-on and step up when necessary, including coming in early or staying late.
Work to better those around them and help employees be their best.
Complete a 16-week training program.
Master the Assistant General Manager role.
Potentially develop into a General Manager role within 1-3 years.
