About The Position
Pluckers is opening a new location in Baytown in Spring 2027 and is looking for Front of House Managers. Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Manage the Front of House operations according to the Pluckers' way.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Train and develop team members.
- Inspire followership and lead by example.
- Ensure high standards of performance and adherence to company culture.
- Step up and get hands dirty when necessary, including coming in early or staying late.
- Work to better those around them and help employees be the best they can be.
