About The Position

As the General Manager of MADabolic Orlando, you will be responsible for running the business, including the team, members, numbers, and the local community. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand-new MADabolic market from the ground up, as it will be the first MADabolic location in the Orlando area. You will be tasked with introducing MADabolic to the Orlando community, building local partnerships, creating events, generating leads, selling memberships, and fostering long-term member relationships. The role requires a self-starter who is comfortable with community outreach, building relationships with local businesses and organizations, and driving sales through effective communication and understanding of client needs. Success in this role hinges on grassroots community building, strategic partnerships, and creating a strong, loyal member base through quality training and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform core movements at a high level and credibly lead a fitness brand.
  • Experience managing people or teams, ideally with individuals who had their own metrics to hit. If no direct management experience, demonstrate ability to hold people to a standard.
  • Comfort and proficiency in selling something you believe in, building relationships across diverse personalities, listening effectively, following up consistently, and asking for the close.
  • Natural inclination for business development, seeking opportunities to create partnerships, events, referrals, and new business sources.
  • Ability to start with a blank page and build a pipeline.
  • Experience working within a structured system with rigor, ideally contributing to its maintenance.
  • Enjoyment of being around people, a love for community, and a genuine desire to build something local.
  • Entrepreneurial ownership: ability to see what needs to happen, take responsibility, and follow through without constant direction.
  • Commitment to MADabolic's core values: Better is Better, Be the Best You, Be Bold, Extreme Ownership, MADfam First, Work. Rest. Repeat.
