About The Position

Team Honey Badger is seeking a General Manager to lead a Domino’s store, manage daily operations, and develop the team. The General Manager is responsible for the success of the store and for ensuring customers receive the quality and service Domino’s is known for. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Training on pizza preparation is provided.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may not be permitted under company policy.

• Previous leadership or management experience is preferred.
