General Manager
About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that our clubs are clean, friendly, and well-maintained. This role drives excellence in both sales and service performance and involves hands-on work, including cleaning and fixing small projects as needed. Workout Anytime 24/7 is a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week fitness concept with over 180 units across the U.S., founded to provide members with first-class fitness facilities at the lowest cost possible, deliver a profitable and affordable business model to franchisees, and offer exciting career opportunities for employees. Requirements
- Ability to ensure clubs are clean, friendly, and well-maintained.
- Drive excellence in sales and service performance.
- Willingness to get hands dirty and clean/fix small projects.
- Full-time availability.
- Monday to Friday work week.
- Weekend availability.
- Experience with 8-hour shifts.
- Experience with 10-hour shifts.
