About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead a store, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of the store, including sales, profitability, operations, and team development. RNR Tire Express is a national franchise specializing in quality tires and custom wheels. Founded in 2000, the company has more than 200 locations across 30 states and describes its culture as customer-first and service-driven.

Requirements

At least 3 years of management experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check prior to hire.
Flexible schedule and availability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees, build relationships, provide customer service, and resolve challenging customer and employee issues.
Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team; lead in a fast-paced environment; adapt to changing priorities and industry demands; and drive sales, profitability, and store performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 8–12 employees.
Recruit and train new team members.
Drive sales and maximize store profitability.
Achieve personal and store sales goals.
Manage accounting, service, collections, and inventory.
Delegate responsibilities effectively.
Maintain operational standards and exceptional customer service.
Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
Ensure a positive, productive, and customer-focused store environment.

Benefits

$50,000–$70,000 salary during training.
$3,000 sign-on bonus.
Post-training earning potential of $65,000–$130,000, including bonuses.
