About The Position

As General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside, you will lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a high-performing team culture. Overseeing this full-service property, you will provide strategic leadership across rooms, food & beverage, sales, and operations while ensuring consistent execution of Hilton brand standards. You will foster strong relationships with ownership, university and community partners, and key stakeholders while developing an engaged, service-driven team. This role requires a dynamic and commercially focused leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and the ability to drive results in Boston’s competitive lodging market.

Requirements

• Experience managing a property with $10 Million revenue and 200+ rooms
• Minimum two years' Hotel Manager or five years Executive Member experience at a at a similar-sized or larger hotel
• Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong focus on rooms management
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive organizational culture
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive business growth
• Experience managing owner relations and fostering positive partnerships
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
