About The Position

The General Manager is the restaurant leader and is key to the success of an individual restaurant. The role focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. The General Manager uses established systems and processes to maximize profits, satisfy guests, and develop teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of management experience.
• High school education.
• Quick Service Restaurant experience required.
• Valid Driver's License.
