About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a full-time Chiropractor to join its growing chiropractic team in Lexington, Kentucky. The practice provides chiropractic and wellness programs focused on pain relief and rehabilitation through individualized treatment plans. Services include chiropractic care, range-of-motion testing, diagnostic X-rays and other testing, spinal rehabilitative therapy, and massage therapy. The incoming Chiropractor will work with chiropractors, massage therapists, and support staff and may provide coverage at multiple offices in Lexington and Paris. The position offers a base salary of $103,000 per year, with compensation including benefits and bonuses of up to $200,000 per year, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. The schedule is four and a half days per week, including a half day on Fridays, with no weekend hours.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
A chiropractic license in Kentucky.
Compassionate and caring approach to patient care.
Strong chiropractic adjustment skills and passion for the benefits of chiropractic care.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient examinations and evaluations, including reviewing medical histories, intake information, and relevant imaging or reports.
Take and review diagnostic imaging and tests.
Formulate diagnoses and treatment care plans.
Educate patients about the benefits of chiropractic care and spinal rehabilitative therapy.
Provide Pettibon-based chiropractic adjustments, spinal rehabilitation therapy, corrective exercises, and wellness counseling.
Document patient progress in progress notes.
Conduct regular reevaluations of patient care and progress.
