About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. The role provides friendly customer service, supports car wash operations, helps maintain equipment and the facility, and enrolls customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club. Attendants work in a fast, fun, team-oriented environment and may have opportunities for professional development and advancement into management. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
