About The Position
ModWash is hiring a Car Wash Sales Attendant to support daily operations at its Lexington location. The role focuses on delivering a positive car wash experience, helping customers keep their vehicles clean year-round, and growing the ModWash brand through membership sales. Team members present wash packages and explain the value and savings of unlimited memberships so guests can choose options suited to their needs. The role involves working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions, assisting customers around moving vehicles and equipment, and keeping the facility clean and presentable. The position is listed as part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Compensation is $12.00 base pay plus commission.
Requirements
- Passion for serving others.
- Strong customer service skills; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Outgoing, energetic personality and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
- Ability to remain on one's feet for extended periods or an entire shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stay alert and maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces, and see clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
