General Manager - Travel Center
About The Position
Agtegra Cooperative is building a new Travel Center on the east side of Aberdeen, located at the corner of U.S. Highway 12 and Brown County 14. This new facility, anticipated to open in early 2027, will serve a diverse clientele including truckers, local families, and travelers, offering fresh-made meals, clean amenities, and well-lit fuel and diesel pumps with easy access. Agtegra is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of this new venture from its inception. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence operations, team culture, and the overall guest experience as the location develops into a community and traveler destination.
Requirements
- Minimum Five (5) years of related experience; or combination of education and experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- English Proficiency
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- An operational mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve
- A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Interest in contributing to a growing operation with evolving opportunities
