About The Position

Mission Linen Supply is seeking accomplished managers with at least 10 years of management experience who are ready to apply their leadership skills in a new industry and build a long-term career. Industrial laundry experience is not required. The role is designed for mid-career and senior managers with a record of success in areas such as sales, operations, and general management—not for entry-level candidates. The General Manager Trainee completes a structured, paid 30-week training program intended to prepare experienced managers to run a Mission Linen Supply location. Training includes rotations through key departments, work alongside senior management, progress reviews, and company-sponsored management development workshops. After successfully completing the program, the trainee transitions into a management position leading a team and location, with responsibility for P&L, KPIs, sales strategy, and team performance. Base salary during training is $100,000–$110,000, depending on experience, education, and location; after training, base salary grows based on the revenue of the location led. Candidates must be willing to relocate to manage a location within their first three years in the program. Relocation is an ongoing expectation of this career path. Mission Linen Supply is a family-owned, privately held provider of linen, uniform, and facility service products across five western states. The company describes its industry as stable, essential, and recession-resistant, with opportunities for career advancement.
