About The Position

Mission Linen Supply is seeking experienced Sales Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, Operations Managers, or General Managers with over 10 years of management experience to join their structured, paid training program. This program is designed for individuals who want to transition into a new industry and build a long-term career, focusing on leadership abilities, P&L management, team development, and driving results. No prior industrial laundry experience is required, as the program will teach the business from the ground up. This is a mid-career and senior management opportunity, not an entry-level position. Mission Linen Supply is a stable, family-owned, privately held company and a leading provider of linen, uniform, and facility service products across five western states, operating in a recession-resistant, essential industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record building and executing sales strategies that grow revenue and profitability
  • Experience owning Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in labor, inventory, and operational costs
  • History of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding market share
  • Strong people leadership: hiring, developing, and managing team performance
  • Demonstrated focus on customer service and customer retention
  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement
  • College degree preferred; military experience valued
  • Curiosity, drive, and a genuine willingness to learn a new industry from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Go through a 30-week structured training program designed to prepare experienced managers to run one of their locations.
  • Rotate through key departments to identify best fit for skills and interests.
  • Receive ongoing support from senior management with regular progress reviews.
  • Participate in company-sponsored management development workshops.
  • Transition into a management position leading a team and location upon successful completion of the training program.
  • Manage a location within the first three years in the program, which may require relocation.
  • Build and execute sales strategies that grow revenue and profitability.
