About The Position

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at HOTWORX, a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role also involves engaging with the community through events like bridal shows, community events, and local fairs. Candidates should be enthusiastic, punctual, and committed to executing all job duties. The role requires providing superior service to members, creating a positive and motivating environment, and leading the sales team by example through personal sales achievements. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and firing staff, reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner daily, managing staff schedules, processing payroll, and overseeing studio maintenance. Additionally, the General Manager will utilize social media and other marketing channels to grow the member base and brand awareness, and manage customer relations, POS systems for sales and billing, and email/text campaigns. Required trainings, both online and in-person, must be completed.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals

  • Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example
  • Interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff
  • Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner daily
  • Managing staff schedule
  • Process payroll
  • Manage the studio relating to all maintenance
  • Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily
  • Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns
  • Completing all required trainings both online and in person as required by owners
